"Mom's" Pizza

Equipment:

• Stand mixer with dough hook

• pizza stone

Prep Time: 1 1/2 hours

Bake Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

• Yeast

• Warm Water

• Bread flour

• Salt

• Olive oil

• Low fat mozzarella

• garlic

• oregano

Directions:

1. Combine warm water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes

2. Combine flour and salt

3. Combine 3/4 cup flour

4. Combine remaining flour mixture with warm water and yeast

5. Mix 5 minutes until dough does not stick to sides of pan

6. Coat bowl with small amount of olive oil

7. Cover and let rise 1 hour

8. Preheat oven

9. When dough is double in size place dough on pizza stone

10. Add toppings

11. Bake in oven for approx.12 minutes

12. Rest several minutes before cutting
