"Mom's" Pizza
Equipment:
Stand mixer with dough hook
pizza stone
Prep Time: 1 1/2 hours
Bake Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
Yeast
Warm Water
Bread flour
Salt
Olive oil
Low fat mozzarella
garlic
oregano
Directions:
Combine warm water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes
Combine flour and salt
Combine 3/4 cup flour
Combine remaining flour mixture with warm water and yeast
Mix 5 minutes until dough does not stick to sides of pan
Coat bowl with small amount of olive oil
Cover and let rise 1 hour
Preheat oven
When dough is double in size place dough on pizza stone
Add toppings
Bake in oven for approx.12 minutes
Rest several minutes before cutting
